Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily workshop activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met

Manage and delegate work to technicians, prioritising jobs to meet customer deadlines

Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and industry standards

Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status and service progress

Maintain workshop parts and tools inventory, ensuring availability of essential items

Monitor and improve workshop productivity and profitability

Adhere to health and safety regulations within the workshop environment
Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or in a similar supervisory role within a car dealership

Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and workshop operations

Excellent organisational and people management skills

Effective communication skills with both colleagues and customers

Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

Valid UK driving licence is preferred
