Monday Matters Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-established car dealership in Uxbridge, that is currently seeking a skilled Permanent Technician to join their dynamic team. Our client prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a loyal client base. As a key part of this professional environment, you will be vital in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of the light commercial vehicles serviced at their facility.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on light commercial vehicles.

Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical and electrical issues.

Carry out preventative maintenance and servicing tasks.

Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including time spent and parts used.

Utilize workshop manuals and technical data to troubleshoot and repair various vehicle models.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding vehicle issues and recommendations.
Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience as an Vehicle Technician or relevant mechanic role.

Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of modern vehicle systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ) in automotive engineering.

Full driving license.
