- Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00AM - 5.30PM - No weekend work
Monday Matters Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established main dealership in Welling to recruit a talented Vehicle Technician with a passion for the future of automotive technology. This is a unique opportunity to work predominantly on electric and hybrid vehicles (EVs) from leading global brands.
The Role:
As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs - primarily on electric and hybrid vehicles. You’ll be working with the latest tools, systems, and manufacturer training to ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles, with a focus on EVs and hybrids
- Carry out advanced diagnostics using manufacturer-approved systems
- Conduct health checks and identify potential issues accurately
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Keep up to date with the latest EV technologies and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
About You:
- Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Experience working within a main dealer environment preferred
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Interest in electric/hybrid vehicles
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
- Full UK driving licence
