Our client, a well-established independent garage located in Dartford, Kent, is on the lookout for a skilled Vehicle Technician to strengthen their dedicated team. With a commitment to delivering high-quality automotive services, this garage has built a reputation for excellence in vehicle maintenance and repair.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostic assessments and perform repairs on a variety of vehicles.

Carry out routine servicing and maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.

Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to provide exceptional service to customers.

Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed.
Skills & Experience Required:
-
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably within an independent garage setting.

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in vehicles.

Ability to diagnose and repair faults efficiently.
-
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

An NVQ or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is essential.

Full UK driving license.
