Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostic work in line with manufacturer standards

Identify faults accurately and efficiently using diagnostic equipment

Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high quality standard

Maintain comprehensive service and repair records for each vehicle

Assist in maintaining a safe and clean workshop environment

Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining work carried out and additional recommendations
Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience as a Vehicle Service Technician in a reputable garage or dealership

Technical qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills and commitment to quality
