About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and support a team of Service Advisors

Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered

Oversee daily front-of-house operations within the service department

Work closely with senior management on departmental goals and performance

Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Support team development through coaching and mentoring

Proven experience in main dealer service departments

Previous leadership or supervisory experience is essential

Strong communication and organisational skills
