    About the Role:
    Monday Matters Recruitment is excited to be supporting a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Service Reception Team Leader to join a thriving Aftersales department. This is a key front-of-house leadership role focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving team performance and operational excellence. 
    This position is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career, with clear aspirations to progress into a Service Manager role in the near future.
     
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead, motivate, and support a team of Service Advisors
    • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered
    • Oversee daily front-of-house operations within the service department
    • Work closely with senior management on departmental goals and performance
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
    • Support team development through coaching and mentoring
    What We’re Looking For:
    • Proven experience in main dealer service departments
    • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is essential
    • Strong communication and organisational skills
    • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving performance and developing people
    • Ambition to progress into a senior management role
    Working Hours
    • Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
    • 1 in 3 Saturdays: 08:00 – 13:00 (Negotiable)
