You will have a proven track record as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Assist customers with booking service appointments and provide information on available services.

Communicate with the workshop to ensure smooth and efficient workflow for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming to provide the best possible solution.

Process payments for services and parts, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of transactions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history to ensure effective follow-up and future service recommendations.

Service Advisor Requirements:

Prior experience working as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service.
