Senior/ Master Vehicle Technician Required
- Main Dealer based in Gillingham
- £45k Starting Basic Salary + Bonus + Overtime (£55k+ OTE)
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm
- 1 in 4 Saturday Morning Rota - Paid as Additional Overtime
- You must currently be working at a Senior level within a main dealer environment
Our client, a well-respected car dealership located in Gillingham, Kent, is seeking to hire a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Vehicle Technician. Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair vehicle issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance.

Supervise and mentor junior technicians, promoting continuous learning and development.

Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and service procedures.

Collaborate with the service team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations.
Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Senior/ Master Technician or in a similar role within the automotive sector.

Strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostic techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Relevant automotive qualifications and certifications.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
