We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join their successful dealership in Sevenoaks. The Role:
As a Parts Advisor, you will be a key part of the aftersales team, ensuring the efficient and accurate supply of parts to both the workshop and retail customers. You will contribute to the smooth running of the department while upholding the high standards expected within a prestige brand network.
Key Responsibilities:

Handling parts enquiries from technicians, service advisors, and customers

Accurately identifying and supplying vehicle parts

Managing stock control, ordering, and returns

Processing invoices and payments
-
Maintaining an organised and efficient parts department

Building strong working relationships with customers and suppliers
About You:
-
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry is preferred

Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and systems
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Well organised with strong attention to detail

IT literate and confident using dealer management systems

A proactive and team-oriented approach
