About the Role:
Monday Matters Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established prestige dealership based in the Brixton area, to recruit a professional and customer-focused Parts Advisor.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious dealership that prides itself on technical excellence and premium customer care. The successful candidate will become an essential part of the service team, ensuring smooth parts operations and outstanding service for both retail and trade customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Advising customers and workshop staff on correct parts and accessories

Processing parts orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Managing stock levels and keeping inventory systems up to date

Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to order and track deliveries

Handling customer enquiries both in-person and over the phone

Supporting the service department with timely parts supply

Maintaining excellent knowledge of product lines
Ideal Candidate Profile:
-
Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role within an automotive dealership
-
Strong understanding of automotive parts and service processes
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills
-
Confident using Pinnacle DMS system
-
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
-
A team player with a professional and proactive attitude
