Salary: Basic Salary £32,000/£34,000 + Bonus £40,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8AM - 5.30PM

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on light commercial vehicles (LCVs) to ensure they operate efficiently.

Diagnose faults and undertake repairs on various components including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.

Maintain accurate records of all work completed and parts used, adhering to dealership standards.

Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding vehicle issues and repair processes.

Stay updated on industry best practices and manufacturer guidelines to enhance repair and maintenance services.

Work collaboratively with other team members to meet service department goals and ensure a streamlined workflow.
Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience as an LCV Technician or in a comparable role within the automotive industry.

Strong technical knowledge of light commercial vehicles and their systems.

Relevant automotive qualifications (such as NVQ, City & Guilds) are preferred.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills to liaise with customers and colleagues effectively.
