Key Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify faults accurately and efficiently.

Perform repairs and replacements of components as required, adhering to manufacturer guidelines.

Use specialised equipment and software to identify issues and verify repairs.

Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and workshop protocols.

Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all work carried out.

Assist in the ongoing training and development of team members where applicable.

Provide excellent customer service by explaining diagnostics and repair work clearly.
Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, with a focus on diagnostics.

Strong knowledge of automotive systems and electronic diagnostics.

Proficient in using diagnostic tools, software, and workshop equipment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Full and valid UK driving licence.

Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
