    Customer Care Manager (Automotive) - Maidstone

    • Established Main Dealer Group
    • Based in Maidstone, Kent
    • £45k Package + Company Car
    • You must have experience managing a team within the main dealer network
    • Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM - 6PM + 1 Saturday Morning Per Month (Paid as Overtime)
    We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our team at a leading main dealer in Maidstone as a Customer Care Manager. This is a pivotal role within the business, responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement across the customer journey.
     
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer care matters, including the effective handling and resolution of customer complaints
    • Lead and manage the customer experience strategy to ensure outstanding service delivery
    • Drive and monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance, ensuring key KPIs are consistently achieved and improved
    • Analyse customer feedback and identify trends to implement meaningful improvements
    • Produce and present regular performance reports to the senior management team
    • Work closely with departmental managers to embed a customer-first culture across the business
    • Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally, efficiently, and in line with brand standards
    About the Role:
    This role is ideal for someone who is ready to step into a leadership position and is actively working toward becoming a future Service Manager. The successful candidate will oversee a team of four Service Advisors, ensuring consistent performance, high service standards, and smooth daily operations while working closely with senior management on wider departmental objectives.
     
    About You:
    • A strong background in Service Reception or customer-facing environments
    • Proven leadership ability with experience managing or mentoring teams
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in complaint handling and customer relationship management
    • A track record of improving processes and driving performance
    • The ambition and drive to progress into a senior leadership role
