Salary: £26,000 Basic + £65,000 Bonus Potential
Job Type: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM with 1 in 4 Saturday Mornings

The Role
You will be responsible for helping both retail and fleet customers find the right vehicle solutions for their business needs. From first enquiry through to delivery and aftersales support, you will build lasting relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored solutions including vehicle funding, service plans and maintenance packages

Develop relationships with retail and fleet customers

Proactively generate new business opportunities

Manage the full sales process from enquiry to vehicle handover

Represent the Volkswagen brand to the highest standards
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in automotive sales or business development

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A motivated and target-driven approach

Ability to manage your own pipeline and workload

Full UK driving licence
