Commercial Vehicle Aftersales Advisor

- Circa £30-32k Basic Salary + Bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM + 1 in 4 Saturday Mornings 8AM to 12PM

Due to continued growth and success, they are now seeking an experienced and customer-focused Commercial Vehicle Aftersales Advisor to join their busy and friendly team.
About the Role
As a Commercial Vehicle Aftersales Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring customers receive the very best aftersales experience. You’ll act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop team, managing service bookings and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and handling service and repair enquiries, both face-to-face and by phone

Booking vehicles in for maintenance, service, and repair work

Liaising with workshop and parts teams to ensure smooth workflow

Providing accurate updates, quotations, and invoices

Managing warranty claims and service administration

Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service at all times
About You
We are looking for a confident and organised individual with:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or Parts Advisor, ideally within a commercial vehicle or main dealer environment

Strong communication and administrative skills

The ability to work well under pressure in a busy, customer-focused setting

Excellent IT skills and attention to detail

A full UK driving licence
