The Role:
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a professional and positive experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and managing all service enquiries.

Booking vehicles into the workshop and scheduling work efficiently.

Liaising with technicians to provide accurate updates and repair recommendations.

Preparing estimates, job cards and invoices.
-
Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.

Upselling additional work where appropriate and beneficial.

Managing warranty and service administration accurately.

Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
We're looking for someone who has:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

Good IT skills and experience using workshop management systems.

A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.

A full UK driving licence is preferred.
