As a pivotal part of their team, the Service Advisor will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless service experience, managing customer expectations, and coordinating between clients and the workshop team. Key Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and establishing a professional, welcoming environment

Advising customers on vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service options

Producing accurate and detailed work orders and service invoices

Scheduling appointments and managing the workflow within the service department

Communicating effectively with technicians regarding vehicle status and customer needs

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service and follow-up

Upselling appropriate services and additional repairs where suitable

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle histories
Skills & Experience Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology

Ability to handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy

Proficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office suite
