Monday Matters Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a busy and well-established main volume car dealership in Canterbury for an experienced and organised Sales Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced automotive environment where accuracy, teamwork and efficiency are key.
The Role:
As Sales Administrator, you will support the sales department by ensuring all vehicle transactions are processed smoothly from order to handover.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing new and used vehicle orders
-
Managing vehicle stock and updating internal systems

Taxing and registering vehicles via relevant online platforms
-
Submitting and monitoring finance proposals
-
Liaising with the manufacturer regarding vehicle orders and delivery updates
-
Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in line with FCA and dealership compliance standards

Supporting the Sales Manager and wider sales team with administrative duties

Maintaining organised and accurate records
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Have previous administration experience (motor trade experience highly desirable)

Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Be confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
-
Have strong IT skills including Microsoft Office

Possess good communication skills and a professional manner

Be able to prioritise workload effectively
