Our client, a reputable car dealership based in Canterbury, Kent, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts/ Warranty Administrator to join their team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background as a Parts Advisor to utilise their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be an essential part of the dealership’s operations, ensuring the smooth management of parts and warranty processes, while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing parts stock levels and ensuring the accurate recording of parts transactions

Processing warranty claims efficiently, liaising with manufacturers and suppliers

Providing excellent customer service to both internal teams and customers regarding parts and warranty enquiries

Maintaining detailed records of parts orders, returns, and warranty submissions

Supporting the service department with parts requirements and coordination

Assisting with stock takes and ensuring inventory accuracy

Ensuring compliance with company policies and warranty procedures
Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within a car dealership environment

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Knowledge of dealership management systems and parts inventory software

Understanding of warranty processes and manufacturer policies

Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach
