Our client is a well-established, small family-run automotive independent garage looking for an experienced Automotive Garage Manager to lead their small, stable team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys running a smooth operation, building customer trust, and working in a supportive, no-drama environment.
The Role

Oversee the day-to-day running of the garage

Lead and support a small team of skilled technicians

Manage job flow, bookings, and workshop efficiency

Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service

Handle customer enquiries, estimates, and vehicle handovers

Ensure health & safety and compliance are always met

Proven experience in a garage or workshop management role

Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of workshop operations
