• Advising customers and workshop staff on correct parts and accessories
• Processing parts orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Managing stock levels and keeping inventory systems up to date
• Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to order and track deliveries
• Handling customer enquiries both in-person and over the phone
• Supporting the service department with timely parts supply
• Maintaining excellent knowledge of product lines

• Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role within an automotive dealership
• Strong understanding of automotive parts and service processes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Confident using Pinnacle DMS system
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• A team player with a professional and proactive attitude
