We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive sales within my clients expanding VIP Transport Division.
Specialising in premium VIP transport solutions, luxury executive vehicles, chauffeur transport services, and bespoke client requirements, we work with corporate clients, high-net-worth individuals, hotels, travel providers, and luxury lifestyle businesses across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven individual who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and closing high-value deals.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing our client base and developing new revenue opportunities within the VIP transport sector.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, hospitality, travel, and luxury sectors

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and high-value clients

Develop strategic partnerships to increase brand awareness and sales opportunities

Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective customers

Manage the full sales process from lead generation through to deal completion

Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and lead generation activity

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities

Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to promote the business

Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
About You Essential

Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating opportunities

Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work towards ambitious targets

Full UK driving licence
Desirable

Experience within luxury transport, automotive, chauffeur, hospitality, travel, or related sectors

Existing network of corporate or high-net-worth clients

Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools

Knowledge of the luxury vehicle market
